Citizenship/passport valid for at least six months;
The purpose of stay is tourism, medical tourism, guest, business trip or other, but not more than 1-3 months (depending on citizenship) and not for the purpose of commerce.
Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K- ETA).
Round-trip tickets (for green card holders, a visa is not required if the stay does not exceed 30 days and you have a ticket to a third country, that is, where Korea will be an intermediate point).
Negative PCR no more than two days old, or  rapid antigen test taken no more than 1 day before departure. Help must be translated into English or Korean. Children under 6 years of age are exempt from testing and PCR.
Declaration of health is no longer required, as well as vaccination against COVID-19
Upon arrival in South Korea, you will need to re-test for  COVID-19

If the treatment takes longer than indicated for your country, then you need to apply for the appropriate G-1-10 visa

What is K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)?

K-ETA - literally, this is an electronic entry permit to Korea. Electronic - means only with the help of Internet resources on the official website or through the application. Form K-ETA is a mandatory requirement for those who belong to countries that have signed a visa waiver agreement (see list above). An entry permit does not guarantee 100% admission to the country. The final decision is made by the customs inspector.
Issued within 1-2 days, for a small fee of 10,000 KRW.
The form of payment is electronic, so you need to have a credit or debit card.

Important:
You can use the permit no earlier than 72 hours after approval, which means it is better to apply in advance. The electronic permit is valid for 2 years. You can use it several times, but without violating the conditions for your country.
Also, it is desirable to make a printout of the document.
